Domestic Returns & Shipping - Returns or cancellations are subject to restocking fees and cost of shipping. Once the product ships from the warehouse or the manufacturer the order cannot be cancelled. Once the products arrive to the freight forwarder in the 48 contiguous area returns are limited. Kitchen Bath Plus is no longer responsible for the goods after they have arrived to the freight forwarder in the 48 contiguous area.
International Returns & Shipping - Once the product has been shipped from the freight forwarder in the 48 contiguous area Kitchen Bath Plus will no longer accepts returns. Kitchen Bath Plus is no longer responsible for the goods once they have shipped from the freight forwarder in the 48 contiguous area.
Damaged Goods - Any damaged goods that arrive to the freight forwarder in the 48 contiguous area and inspected correctly according to our international inspection policy will be replaced by Kitchen Bath Plus & shipped to the freight forwarder. Customers will be responsible for shipping the replacement goods through the freight forwarder . Once the goods have shipped from the freight forwarder Kitchen Bath Plus is no longer responsible for damages.
International Duties / Taxes - This will be the sole responsibility of the customer. If a replacement part is needed contact your freight forwarder they may adjust the paper work to state this item is a replacement part so no additional duties / taxes should apply.
International Product Inspection - When product ships through Ups / FedEx or similar shipper product needs to be inspected and report damages within 3 to 5 business days of delivery to the freight forwarder.
When product is shipped through Motor Freight the product needs to be inspected before product is received by freight forwarder. If damage is found during inspection leave the damaged product with the Motor freight company and make notes of the damage on the bill of lading. If product is received and bill of lading is signed by freight forwarder free and clear Kitchen Bath Plus is not responsible for damages.
